Botox is mainly a purified form of Toxin produced by Botulinum Clostridium Bacteria, the work mechanism of this toxin is to produce relaxation / reduce hyperactivity in the muscles it is injected in. It is because of this action of the Toxin that the wrinkles/ Expression lines of the face are reduced and gives a more aesthetic effect. However, the effect is routinely temporary and does require multiple sittings.
