TMJ Disorders
Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders is a lifestyle modulating disorder. Patients having this disorder go through a lot of pain, discomfort and restriction in the joint movement in day to day life. There are times when the patient is aware of the pain and discomfort but the diagnosis is not made on time.
These patients are passed on from doctors to doctors in search of an appropriate treatment. As TMJ disorders is a complex disorder requires right intervention in the right stage of the disorder Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD) is a very broad term in medical practice.
Jaw Surgery
Orthognathic surgery also known as corrective jaw surgery or simply jaw surgery, is surgery designed to correct conditions of the jaw and lower face related to structure, growth, airway issues including sleep apnea, TMJ disorders, malocclusionproblems primarily arising from skeletal disharmonies.

Chin Surgery

Cleft Surgeries
Cleft lip and cleft palate are birth defects that occur due to the failure of the baby’s lip or the palate to completely fuse during pregnancy. Such defects in total are called as Oro Facial Clefts.
Cleft lip and cleft palate are among the most common birth defects. Cleft lip and cleft palate can occur on one or both sides of the mouth. Because the lip and the palate develop separately, it is possible to have a cleft lip without a cleft palate, a cleft palate without a cleft lip, or both a cleft lip and cleft palate together (the most frequently occurring defect).
Oral Cancer
The treatment of oral cancer involves a Multidisciplinary approach, it involves an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Plastic Surgeon, Radiation & Medical oncologist, Physiotherapist, Dentist.
Surgical treatment would involve comprehensive resection of the affected part with margins and perform excision of all the levels of lymph nodes in the neck involved in the cancer. It also involves Reconstruction of the excised portion of the jaw or soft tissue reconstruction.

Facial Aesthetics
Botox is mainly a purified form of Toxin produced by Botulinum Clostridium Bacteria, the work mechanism of this toxin is to produce relaxation / reduce hyperactivity in the muscles it is injected in.
It is because of this action of the Toxin that the wrinkles/ Expression lines of the face are reduced and gives a more aesthetic effect. However, the effect is routinely temporary and does require multiple sittings.
Botox also plays an important role in the field of TMJ Disorders, as it is required to reduce the hyper activity of various affected muscles of the face.

Most of the time, they’re due to some kind of trauma to the face, like motor vehicle crashes, sporting injuries, falls, or fights.
Orofacial Pain
Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience that motivates an individual far more than any other life experience. Orofacial pain is a general term covering any pain, which is felt in the mouth, jaws and the face.
Different individuals sensing identical noxious stimulation feel pain in different ways and react at different levels of suffering.
In recent years there has been an increase in professional interest in orofacial pain disorders. A new type of clinical field is emerging with unique experience in managing orofacial pain disorders.
Dental Surgery
Placing dental implants in the mouth is a small procedure where a small screw-like prosthesis is placed inside your gums which replicates the root of the natural tooth.
The procedure of placing implants is painless as it is done under local anaesthesia. Entire procedure takes 30 Mins to 45 mins. Once the implant is placed the final prosthesis will be given in a few weeks. Dental implants are biocompatible to the human body.
Placement of dental implants on the site of missing teeth gives us the feel of having Natural teeth inside our mouth.
